There are numerous places to sample local cuisine, but none are as easily accessible or diverse as the well-known Bedok Interchange Hawker Centre, a Bedok Hawker Centre. This location is very accessible because it is practically next to a bus interchange and an MRT station.

The Bedok Interchange Hawker Center, located at 207-New Upper Changi Road, appears to have an infinite number of dining options. It was recently renovated and is unusually spacious and light for a neighbourhood hawker centre. Because there are so many options, whether you are looking for vegetarian, halal, noodles, rice, or finger foods, you will undoubtedly find something that appeals to you.

Many good food stalls exist in this Bedok Hawker Centre. Check out the best food stalls in this article:

Bedok Chwee Kueh

This is one of the most popular Chwee Kueh stalls, having been awarded the Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand and being the first to serve chwee kueh. Only this and some chai-po (preserved radish) are served, but you will not need anything else because your mind will be blown.

You must order at least two pieces, with prices starting at $1 for two pieces, $1.50 for three pieces, and $2 for four pieces, with a minimum order of four pieces if the chwee kueh and chai-poh are separate.

The chai-po, served as a topping that adds a bit of crunch to the normally soft chwee kueh, is unquestionably the best part of the dish. Do not be concerned about the size of the chai-po; they usually serve a generous portion.

For takeaways, you must pay an additional $0.30. Take some home because everyone can enjoy a good chwee kueh because it is so soft.

Inspirasi

The Inspirasi is well-known for its crystal clear Soto Ayam, which is made of compressed rice cakes and noodles. You must, however, try it with their famous signature chilli, which they make in-house. Mee Rebus, Soto Ayam, Mee Soto, and Chicken Porridge are some other dishes to try. All of these dishes are only $2.50, which is a steal.

Mee Rebus, which comes with a thick delicious gravy and a variety of flavours ranging from savoury to sweet to spicy, is another excellent dish. The freshly chopped green chilies give the dish a surprisingly refreshing kick.

Mala Xiang Guo

Is it any surprise that Mala dishes are becoming popular in Singapore? They are highly addictive and leave your mouth with a burst of flavour. Mala Hot Pot and Mala Xiang Guo (Stir-fry) are two dishes that will leave you wanting more heat. The fiery and tongue-numbing mala will satisfy and quickly become a favourite. This is one of the food stalls you should not miss because of the long lines.

The majority of Mala food stalls charge based on the weight of the ingredients, but this one uses a portion system with a fixed charge per portion. This significantly lowers their price compared to the other Mala food stalls. Aside from these two delicacies, there are numerous other dishes that are unique to this restaurant.

They serve traditional rice and instant noodles, as well as man tou buns and quail eggs. These are extremely uncommon in Mala cuisine, and you will be surprised at how well they complement the sauce. Prices range from $5 to $15.
